A note from the maker

Why we built TicketNexus.

A note from the maker

Made by The TicketNexus team · @ticketnexus

We've been buyers and sellers on the resale side for years — and the friction was always the same. You'd see a great seat on one marketplace, a slightly better seat on another, and a third that undercut both. To compare honestly you needed three tabs, three checkouts, and three different fee breakdowns, none of which added up predictably.

TicketNexus started as a side project to answer a single question: what if you could see every resale listing for an event — including primary inventory — in one search result? That is what the live demo above shows today.

It's an honest first step. We do not hide our seller fees, we do not bury the local delivery rules, and we do not pretend two vendors' identical seats are otherwise meaningfully different. The roadmap adds richer seller tools, deeper seatmaps, and buyer protection on trades — but the bar has stayed the same from day one: if it isn't easier than doing it by hand, it doesn't ship.
