Standard is the marketplace: a self-serve surface where any verified seller can post a listing and any verified buyer can reserve it without an intermediary. The tier is built for speed, transparency, and a precise definition of what the marketplace owes each side. It does not pretend to be Elite, nor is it a waiting room for it.
What Standard does
- Hosts a verified listing for any event, service, venue, or piece of merchandise a seller wants to move, with seat, section, row, photography, and a seller-rating block readers can audit.
- Collects a single platform fee on settlement; the buyer pays the listed price, the seller receives the net of the fee, and neither side has to negotiate terms that the marketplace should have set in advance.
- Stands behind buyer protection: if a listing does not match the arrangement it sold, the buyer can open a dispute, the listing is frozen, and the desk issues a refund or a comparable replacement.
- Renders the same on every surface — desktop, mobile, and the seller’s listing editor — so a reader never sees one row of seat information on a browse page and a different one on the detail page.
What Standard does not do
Standard does not compose journeys. It does not negotiate aviation, accommodation, or hospitality on a buyer’s behalf; it does not write a brief, it does not send a curation, and it does not put a desk on the phone with a venue to recover a sold-out section that has reappeared in a private block. Those motions belong to the Elite conversation, which is invitation-only and is not entered through a Standard checkout.
Standard also does not invent listings. The platforms that grow by spreading inventory their sellers do not actually own — drops, ticket bots, opaque merchant pools — undercut the verified-seller premise that this tier rests on. A reader who lands here can read every seat, every row, and every claim against the seller who actually holds it.
